Insurance agent headshots that look like a good neighbor.

Insurance is a relationship business. People want to buy from someone local who feels like the neighbor they would call when a tree comes through the roof. Your photo is where that feeling starts, on your business card, your agency sign, your Google listing. In my private Naples studio I make insurance agent headshots that read warm, trustworthy and genuinely approachable, and because I guide every pose and expression, you never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera.

Why It Matters

People buy from the face they trust.

A prospective client meets your photo everywhere before they meet you: a business card someone hands them, the sign outside your office, your Google Business Profile, your carrier's find-an-agent directory, the sponsorship banner at the youth ballfield. They are deciding whether you seem like a real, reachable person who will pick up when something goes wrong. A warm, current, approachable headshot tells them yes. A stiff, corporate stock-style photo or a dim phone snapshot makes you feel distant, which is the last thing an insurance client wants.

Insurance runs on trust and familiarity, and your photo is where both begin. I want yours to feel the way the best agents feel in person, steady, friendly and genuinely on your side, so a stranger believes you will be there when life happens. That is exactly what guided posing is for. You do not need to know how to stand, what to do with your hands or how to hold a warm, natural expression. I walk you through all of it, so the agent in the final image is simply you at your most approachable and trustworthy.

The Session

What your agent session includes.

01

Guided the whole way

I direct every angle and expression, and I know how to draw out a warm, natural smile even if you tense up, so your photo looks like the person clients want to call.

02

Looks for card and brand

A polished look and a friendlier one in one sitting, and I can shoot to your carrier's brand color against a couple of clean backgrounds so everything matches.

03

Delivered ready to print

Hand-retouched and delivered within the week, sized and cropped for business cards, signage, your Google profile and the agency website.

Made for every place your name shows up.

An insurance agent's headshot has to work in more places than most, and a lot of them are printed, not just on screens. I deliver files sized and cropped for the full range, and I frame each shot with room to spare, so a business card crop, a vertical sign and a tidy online avatar can all come from the same sitting. If you are a captive agent, I can shoot to your carrier's brand color so everything matches the look clients already recognize.

  • Business cards and mailers
  • Office signage and window graphics
  • Your Google Business Profile and agency website
  • Your carrier's find-an-agent directory and community sponsorships

Approachable, and still buttoned-up.

The best agent photos hold two things together. You want to look professional enough to trust with your home, your car and your family's protection, and warm enough that calling you feels like calling a friend rather than a call center. That balance lives in the details: an easy smile, steady eyes, the difference between a photo that looks like a corporate badge and one that looks like the person who remembers your kids' names. Most people cannot direct that on themselves.

This is where a real session beats a quick phone photo or an AI-generated version. I read your expression as we work, adjust the light and the angle, and coach the small things that make you look genuinely welcoming instead of staged. The result is not just a headshot. It is the reason a stranger picks your card out of the stack and feels, before you have even spoken, that you are someone they can count on.

A private studio in the heart of Naples.

Every session is shot in my private studio at 5400 Yahl Street in Naples, at a relaxed pace with no audience. It is just the two of us, good music and a plan, which is exactly why even agents who dread being photographed loosen up within the first few frames. If your agency team is coming through, I keep the day organized and efficient so no one loses a whole afternoon.

I photograph insurance agents and their teams from across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers and greater Southwest Florida who come to the studio for their session. Whether you are a solo agent building your name in the community or an agency that needs a matched set, the goal is the same: photos that make a neighbor feel they already know the person they are about to call.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How soon will I have my headshots?
Your retouched images are delivered within the week, in a private online gallery you can download and share right away. If you have cards or signage going to print on a schedule, tell me when we plan the session and I will keep that timing in mind.
What should an insurance agent wear for a headshot?
Bring a couple of options. An approachable-professional look works beautifully, a blazer or a clean, branded polo, and a slightly more relaxed second choice gives you range. Solid colors photograph best, and if you are a captive agent, feel free to lean into your carrier's palette. We plan your looks together before the shoot.
Can you match my carrier's branding or my agency team?
Yes. I can shoot to a specific background color to match your carrier, and I can photograph your whole agency to a consistent crop and look so your website and office feel cohesive. New agents can be matched to the set later. Call me and we will plan it.
I hate being photographed. Will this be awkward?
This is the most common thing I hear, even from agents who are wonderful with people face to face. It is exactly what guided posing solves. I direct every step, so you never have to figure out what to do with your hands or how to hold your smile. Most people who dread the camera leave surprised at how easy it felt.
Do you photograph insurance agents outside of Naples?
My studio is in Naples, and I regularly work with agents from Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Marco Island and across Southwest Florida who come to the studio for their session. It is a calm, private space built for exactly this.
How do I book, and how much is a session?
Pricing is personal and depends on what you need, so the best way to plan is a quick call. Reach me at (239) 319-6171 or send a note through the form and I will get back to you personally to talk through the details.
