Headshots for coaches who are the proof.

As a coach, you are selling a transformation, and the first evidence anyone sees is you. Your face leads the sales page, the Instagram grid, the webinar slide and the profile people study before they book a call. I make headshots in my private Naples studio that radiate warmth and real confidence, guided from the first frame so you look like the result you help your clients reach.

Be The Proof

You are the before and after.

Coaching is bought on belief. Before anyone reads your method or your testimonials, they look at you and ask, quietly, do I want what this person has. Your photo is where that question gets answered, on the sales page, in the ad, at the top of the free guide, in the little circle on the podcast they heard you guest on. A warm, confident, current image tells them the transformation is real and you are living it. A dim, dated selfie makes them wonder, and wondering does not convert. People are buying a feeling as much as a framework, and your face is where they decide whether that feeling is available here.

Here is the catch. Confidence is the exact thing you are asked to project, and the exact thing that gets slippery the second a camera appears. Even coaches who speak on stage without a flutter can freeze in front of a lens. That is normal, and it is what guided posing is for. I coach you through the posing the same way you coach your clients, one clear cue at a time, so the warmth and self-assurance in the final images are yours, not a mask you are straining to hold in place. Clients need to see themselves in your before and want your after at the same time, and that double read is almost entirely a matter of expression.

The Session

What your coaching session includes.

01

Coached through every frame

I direct the posing and the expression so you radiate the calm confidence you want clients to feel, even if the camera usually makes you tense up. One clear cue at a time, from the first frame to the last.

02

Looks for a social-first brand

Several backgrounds and wardrobe changes in one sitting, from a bright, approachable look for social to a grounded, credible one for your sales page, so your whole funnel finally matches from the first ad to the last touchpoint.

03

Ready for the sales page

Hand-retouched and delivered within the week, cropped for your Instagram grid, your course pages, your lead magnets and your ads, so you can post the moment they land and keep your content moving.

Built for a brand that lives on social.

A coach's headshot lives in fast, scrolling places. It has to stop the thumb on Instagram, anchor the sales page, sit on the webinar slide and still look like you when it shrinks to a profile circle. I deliver files cropped and sized for exactly those spots, so one sitting gives you a scroll-stopping portrait, a warm hero image for your offer, and a clean square for every platform your clients spend their time on. When you build a new funnel or refresh your feed, you are pulling from a set that already matches, instead of stalling a launch because the most recent photo of you is a grainy story screenshot.

If your brand has a look, bring it. I am glad to shoot to your colors, a particular mood, or a background that matches your feed, so your photos feel like a continuation of your world instead of a detour. And because your content never really stops, having a set of images in different looks means you are not scrambling for a decent photo every time you launch a program, open a cart or say yes to a podcast. One sitting can quietly feed months of posts.

Warmth and confidence, in the same frame.

The photos that sell coaching hold two feelings at once. You look genuinely warm, like someone who gets it and is safe to open up to, and quietly confident, like someone who has walked the path and can lead the way. That blend is almost all expression and light, and catching the exact moment both show up at the same time is the part of my job a preset filter will never do for you. Lean too far into polish and you lose the warmth; lean too far into casual and you lose the authority, so the whole craft is holding the middle.

It is also why a real sitting beats an AI-generated headshot for a coach. Your whole business runs on being authentic, and people can feel when an image is faked or overfiltered. I read your expression in real time, adjust the light and the angle, and coach the small things, the eyes, the shoulders, the breath, so the final photo looks like the best, most grounded version of you, not a polished stranger who happens to share your name. When you ask people to trust you with their growth, the last thing your face should look like is manufactured.

A private studio in the heart of Naples.

Every session is shot in my private studio at 5400 Yahl Street in Naples, at an unhurried pace with no audience and no rush. It is just the two of us, music you like and a plan we set together, which is why even camera-shy coaches loosen up and start to enjoy it, usually right about the time they forget the lens is there. You spend your days holding space for other people; this is an hour where someone holds it for you.

I work with coaches who come to the studio from Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island and across Southwest Florida, from life and health coaches to business and executive coaches building a personal brand. Many book right as they launch a signature program, rebrand, or step onto a bigger stage and realize their photos no longer match their level. Whether you need a single signature portrait or a full set to fuel your content, the aim is the same: images that make people believe you can take them where they want to go.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How quickly will I have my images?
Your retouched photos are delivered within the week in a private online gallery you can download and start posting immediately, whether that is a new sales page, an ad or next week's content.
What should I wear as a coach?
Bring a few looks that match your brand and your audience, from bright and approachable to grounded and polished. Solid colors read best on camera, and something you feel genuinely confident in always photographs better than something you think you should wear. We plan it together beforehand, and you can change during the session so one sitting spans your whole vibe.
I coach with confidence but freeze on camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and you are in very good company. Guided posing exists for exactly this. I give you one clear cue at a time, watch what is working, and keep it relaxed, so the confidence you bring to your clients finally shows up in your own photos too. By the end most coaches are a little annoyed they waited so long to do this.
Can I get a range of looks for my content?
Yes, and it is one of the best reasons to book. In a single sitting we can shoot several backgrounds and outfits, giving you a warm portrait for the sales page, brighter frames for social and a clean profile image, so your feed stays fresh for months without constant reshoots.
Do you photograph coaches outside Naples?
My studio is in Naples, and coaches come to it from Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Marco Island and all over Southwest Florida for their session.
How do I book, and what does it cost?
Pricing is personal, so the best way to plan is a quick call. Reach me at (239) 319-6171 and we will talk through your brand, the looks your content needs and the timing, and get you scheduled.
