Corporate team headshots that finally match.

A team page only looks like a team when everyone was photographed the same way. I bring your people into my private Naples studio and shoot them against a matched background, in matched light, with the same guided direction, so your headshots line up instead of clashing. Book them in sequence and the whole roster comes back looking like it belongs together.

Why It Matters

A team page is only as strong as its weakest photo.

Nothing undercuts a polished company faster than a team page where every headshot was taken somewhere different. One person is lit like a magazine cover, the next is cropped out of a wedding, a third is a dim phone photo against a beige wall. Even if each face is perfectly lovely on its own, the mismatch reads as disorganized, and clients feel it before they can put words to why. A consistent set does the exact opposite. It signals that you operate as one company, that the details are handled, and that everyone on the page is part of the same deliberate whole. Clients may never say a word about it, but a mismatched wall of faces plants a small doubt, while a clean, unified one quietly builds confidence before anyone reads a line of your pitch.

Consistency is not something you can fake by cropping photos to the same size after the fact. It comes from the same background, the same light, the same lens and the same guided direction, applied to every single person on the roster. That is why I bring teams into one studio and shoot them the same way, one after another. Nervous employees get the same patient coaching as the naturals, so no one is left looking stiff next to a colleague who simply happens to be photogenic. The result is a wall of faces that clearly, quietly belongs together. It is the difference between a page that looks assembled by accident and one that looks like a company that decided, on purpose, how it wanted to show up.

The Session

What your team session includes.

01

One matched look for everyone

Every person is shot in the same studio against the same background, in the same light, with the same guided posing, so the finished set lines up cleanly on your website and in your materials.

02

Scheduled in sequence

Your team members come to the Naples studio and are booked back to back through the day, which keeps the look consistent and makes the whole shoot efficient for everyone's calendar.

03

Brand ready delivery

Hand retouched and delivered within the week, sized and cropped to a consistent spec for your website, email signatures and company profiles, ready to drop in with no cleanup.

Consistency you can actually see.

When a team is shot the same way from the start, the consistency shows up in the details that make a page feel genuinely professional. You are not trying to rescue a mismatched grid in editing later, or explain away the one photo that clearly does not fit. Everything is built to line up from the moment we begin, because I hold the same variables steady for every person who sits down in front of the camera. The whole point is that no one visiting your site should be able to tell who was nervous and who was a natural, only that the team clearly belongs together.

  • The same background and lighting for every team member, so no single photo jumps out against the rest of the grid.
  • The same guided posing and framing, so a shy new hire matches a seasoned director without either one looking out of place.
  • The same retouching style and delivery spec, so every file lands on your site at the same crop, finish and feel.

Guided posing means no one looks stiff.

The hardest part of any team shoot is never the equipment, it is the handful of people who are convinced they photograph badly. Most teams have a few, and left to their own devices they end up tense and unsmiling next to colleagues who are naturally relaxed, which is exactly the unevenness that makes a page look off. Guided posing fixes that at the source. I direct each person through the same small adjustments, the chin, the shoulders, the eyes, so everyone reaches their easy, natural frame regardless of how they feel about cameras. That coaching matters most for the people who quietly dread the day, because when they end up happy with their photo, the whole set gains the ease that a team page is supposed to project.

That patience is the difference between a set that merely matches on a technical level and one that actually looks like a confident, cohesive team. Nobody is rushed through to keep a line moving. Each person gets enough direction and enough frames to land a photo they are genuinely happy to have on the company page, which also means far fewer awkward requests for reshoots later. When your people quietly like their own headshots, the whole page reads as a group that is glad to be there and easy to work with. A confident wall of faces is not luck, it is the result of giving every single person the same care rather than rushing the shy ones through to stay on schedule.

A private studio in the heart of Naples.

All team sessions are shot in my private studio at 5400 Yahl Street in Naples. Team members come to the studio and are scheduled in sequence, which is what keeps the look identical across the group and keeps the day moving without anyone standing around waiting. The calm, unhurried setting also helps the camera shy relax, so you are not fighting nerves and a clock at the same time. It is a simple, controlled setup, and control is exactly what a truly matched set requires. Booking everyone into the same room, one after another, is not just tidy, it is the mechanism that makes the matched look possible in the first place.

The same approach makes your team page easy to maintain over time. When someone new joins, they come in and are photographed against the same background, in the same light, to the same spec, so their headshot slides in next to everyone else's as if it had always been there. I work with companies across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers and greater Southwest Florida, and I am happy to shoot to your brand guidelines so the finished set fits neatly with the rest of your identity. That way your team page grows without ever developing that patchwork look, where you can tell exactly which photos were added later and which came first.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How does a team session actually work?
Your team members come to my Naples studio and are booked in sequence, one after another, through the day. Everyone is shot against the same background, in the same light, with the same guided posing, so the finished headshots match. It keeps the look consistent and the schedule efficient for everyone involved. I will talk you through the order and timing beforehand, so the day runs smoothly and no one is pulled away from their desk longer than they need to be.
How soon will we have the headshots?
The hand retouched images are delivered within the week in a private online gallery. Everything comes cropped and finished to one consistent spec, so your team photos are ready to drop straight onto your website and into email signatures without any extra editing on your end. Everything arrives at matching dimensions, so whoever manages your site can drop the new photos in without reformatting or guesswork.
What if some of our team hates being photographed?
Every team has a few, and it is exactly what guided posing is built for. I direct each person step by step, so no one has to figure out what to do, and the camera shy end up matching the naturals instead of standing out. Most people are surprised by how painless it turns out to be.
Can you match our brand and keep new hires consistent?
Yes. I am glad to shoot to your brand guidelines, including a specific background color, crop and look, so the set fits your identity. When someone new joins later, they come to the studio and are photographed to the same spec, so their headshot slots right in next to everyone else's. That is what keeps a growing team looking intentional instead of slowly drifting into a mix of styles as the roster changes.
Do you photograph teams from outside Naples?
My studio is in Naples, and I work with companies from Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers and across Southwest Florida whose teams come to the studio for their sessions. Shooting everyone in the same place is what makes the matched look possible. Shooting everyone in the same controlled space is the only reliable way to get a set that truly lines up, which is why the studio is the whole approach.
How do we book, and how much is a team session?
Pricing is personal and depends on your team size and what you need, so the best way to plan is a quick call. Reach me at (239) 319-6171 or send a note through the form and I will get back to you personally to work out the details.
