Business headshots that work everywhere you do.

You show up in more places than you think: your website, your proposals, your email signature, your profiles, the conference program, the article about your company. I make business headshots in my private Naples studio that look polished and genuinely like you, guided every step so you never have to wonder what to do, and delivered quickly so you can put them to work.

Why It Matters

One good headshot does a lot of work.

A professional headshot is one of the most reused photos you will ever own. It goes on your website and your proposals, into your email signature, onto every profile where a client or a partner checks you out, and off to any publication or event that asks for a photo. A current, well made one quietly tells everyone that you are established, approachable and paying attention, and it keeps doing that across dozens of touchpoints for years. A dated or phone snapped one does the reverse everywhere it appears, which is an awful lot of small impressions to leave to chance. Because it turns up in so many small places, a strong headshot compounds quietly, doing a little bit of persuading for you in every inbox, profile and proposal, long after the session itself is forgotten.

The best part is that you do not need to be a model or know anything about posing to get a great one. That is my responsibility, not yours. I direct your posture, your angle and your expression, and I coach the small adjustments that turn a tense half smile into an easy, natural one. Camera nerves are the most common thing I see, and guided posing is exactly how we move past them, so the person in the final image is simply you at your most confident and approachable, which is precisely what a business headshot is supposed to be. You bring yourself and a couple of good outfits. I will bring the plan, the light and the direction, and together that is genuinely all it takes.

The Session

What your business session includes.

01

Guided the whole way

I direct every pose, angle and expression, so even if you dread the camera you will leave with a headshot you are proud to use across your business. You never have to guess what to do.

02

Looks for every use

Several backgrounds and wardrobe changes in one sitting, from polished and formal to relaxed and approachable, so one session covers your website, your profiles and everywhere else you appear.

03

Quick, polished delivery

Hand retouched and delivered within the week in a private gallery, sized and cropped for your website, social profiles, email signature and print, ready to use with no extra work on your end.

One session for every place you appear.

The whole value of a business headshot is versatility, so I shoot and deliver with that in mind from the start. From a single sitting you get files sized and cropped for the places you actually use them, a square for your profiles, a wider frame for a website banner or an about page, a clean vertical for a bio or a byline. The same hour covers your proposals, your email signature, the little circle beside your name in a review, and the photo you send when an event or a publication asks for one, without you having to force anything to work later. Instead of hunting for a usable crop every time something asks for a photo, you have the right shape ready to go, which quietly saves you the small scramble that always seems to arrive at a busy moment.

That range also makes you ready for the next thing before it happens. When a podcast invites you on, a directory needs a photo, or a partner is building a page that features you, you already have a strong, current image ready to send. And because a professional image evolves, updating it down the road is easy. You know how the session runs, so a refresh takes almost no thought, and your presence stays current instead of quietly drifting a few years out of date without your ever noticing it slip. Staying current also matters more than people expect, because a photo that is clearly a few years and a few haircuts out of date says something you did not mean to say.

Polished, and still approachable.

A good business headshot balances two things that pull in opposite directions. You want to look capable and established enough that people take you and your work seriously, and warm enough that a stranger feels comfortable reaching out, hiring you or referring you to someone else. That balance is not about a fancy background or an expensive suit. It lives in your expression and in the light, in whether your eyes look guarded or open and whether your smile looks issued or real. Those are the exact things that are almost impossible to manage on your own from behind a propped up phone. People decide fast whether you feel trustworthy, and a photo that lands both notes at once earns you that benefit of the doubt before you have said a single word to them.

So I manage them for you. I watch your expression in real time, adjust the angle and the light, and coach the small details, the jaw, the eyes, the shoulders, that separate a photo that looks stiff from one that looks like you on a great day. This is also where a real session beats a quick phone snap or an AI generated headshot. A generated image can fake a polished face, but it cannot capture your actual presence, and people can usually feel the difference even when they cannot quite name what is off about it. That authenticity is the part that actually turns a browser into a call, because people reach out to a person they feel they can already picture, not to a polished blank.

A private studio in the heart of Naples.

Every session is shot in my private studio at 5400 Yahl Street in Naples, at a calm, unhurried pace with no audience. It is just the two of us, good music and a simple plan, which is exactly why even people who are certain they photograph badly end up relaxing and enjoying the hour. You are not being run through an assembly line for a rushed few frames. You get my full attention until we have the images your business actually needs to show up well. We plan your looks in advance and work without an audience or a rush, which is exactly the setting that turns a dreaded chore into a genuinely easy hour.

I work with owners, teams and professionals across just about every kind of industry, from Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers and greater Southwest Florida, who come to the studio for their session. Whether you are a solo owner who needs one strong photo, a professional refreshing a tired one, or a team that wants a matched set, the goal is always the same. I want your headshot to make the next person who sees it feel like reaching out to you is an easy call. Whatever your industry, the aim is a photo that makes reaching out feel like the natural next step rather than a leap of faith.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How soon will I have my headshots?
Your hand retouched images are delivered within the week in a private online gallery you can download and share right away, so you can start using them across your website and profiles without a long wait. That quick turnaround means a new website, a fresh profile or an updated signature never has to wait on the photo.
What should I wear for a business headshot?
Bring a few options, from polished and formal to a more relaxed look that still feels professional, so we can cover the range of places you will use the photos. Solid colors photograph best. We plan your looks together before the shoot, and you can change during the session for real variety. A jacket and a simpler layer usually give us both a formal option and an approachable one from the same short sitting.
I hate being photographed. Will this be awkward?
This is the most common thing I hear, and it is exactly what guided posing solves. I direct every step, so you never have to figure out what to do with your hands or how to stand. Most people who dread the camera leave surprised by how much they actually enjoyed it.
Can you photograph my whole team to match?
Yes. Your team can come to the studio and be scheduled in sequence, all shot against the same background and in the same light, so the finished headshots match across your site and materials. I am glad to work from your brand guidelines too. Give me a call and we will plan it.
Do you photograph professionals outside of Naples?
My studio is in Naples, and I regularly work with owners and professionals who come in from Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers and across Southwest Florida. Everything is shot here in the studio, where I can control the light and keep the session relaxed. Coming to the studio also lets me keep the light and the quality consistent, rather than working around whatever a home or office happens to offer.
How do I book, and how much is a session?
Pricing is personal and depends on what you need, so the best way to plan is a quick call. Reach me at (239) 319-6171 or send a note through the form and I will get back to you personally to talk through the details.
